Isak Olsen Ballestad:   According to the emigration lists, he should be born in 1817.

I have not found him born.
But on the farm Ballestad, I have found that the family Isak Olsen and Maria Isaksdatter had a son Isak born Dec 18, 1817.
There could be a mis-spelling in the register.

(NB! The son Isak Isaksen born Dec. 18th 1817, left for US in 1849, so the above mentioned, can not be him. Gard Strøm 2017.)
