Karen Halvorsdatter Fossum:  According to the emigration section in the church-register, she is born ca 1812.
The only one I have found in Gjerpen, is a "Karen" born July 19, 1812. She had a twin sister Ingeborg. Their father was Halvor Christiansen. But there is no proof that this is the correct person.
She emigrated together with Marthe Aslaksdatter Fossum, who was a maid at the Fossum mansion.
