Anne Andersdatter Opsal: She is mentioned in the emigration-lists with the name Opsal, which is a farm in Valebø in Holla parish, but she was born Sept 13, 1814 on the farm Omdahl in Solum parish. Baptised there October 23rd. Her parents were Anders Anundsen Omdahl and Anne Gulliksdatter.According to the registers she moved in to Gjerpen in 1832. The record is dated Febr 22, 1835. She was then 20 years old and came to Gjerpen to find work. She came to the farm Ballestad in Gjerpen and came moving in from Holla. Probably as a maid.
